When does the Total Funding Fee calculation start and end?

The Total Funding Fee calculation begins as soon as you open a new Futures position. It continues to update with every Funding Fee settlement while your position remains active. The calculation ends when the position is completely closed, either by reducing the position quantity to zero or by opening an opposite-side position that fully offsets and closes the existing position. Once the position is closed, the Total Funding Fee is finalized and will no longer be updated.
