Depositing unsupported tokens or using an incorrect network may result in loss of funds. CoinDCX will attempt recovery for deposit using incorrect network, but it is not guaranteed. If recovery is possible, it may take up to 14 days. A service fee may apply depending on the complexity of the recovery. To avoid issues, always double-check the token, network type, and wallet address before transferring.
