Can I change my registered email?

If you'd like to change the email linked to your CoinDCX account, simply follow these steps:
Reach out to our support team through chat. Attach a selfie of yourself holding your original PAN card for verification. Additionally, we'll need another selfie of you holding a piece of paper with the following information written on it:
1. Your current email address.
2. Your new email address.
Please ensure that your signature matches the one on your PAN card. Once we verify these details, we'll submit a request to update your email address. Please keep in mind that this request is subject to approval.
Important: To avoid profile duplication, kindly refrain from creating additional profiles with the updated email address you provided us.
