How can I complete my KYC with Digilocker???

To complete your KYC, you will need to submit the following documents.
Tax ID Verification : PAN Card (mandatory for Indian users)
National Identity document: Aadhaar card, valid passport
PAN Verification
To verify your account, log into your CoinDCX app and click on ‘Verify PAN’ from home screen or from the Account Settings option.
You can access Account Settings by tapping on the ‘Profile icon’ or your name on the top left corner of the home screen.
Enter your 10-digit PAN card number and date of birth and click on ‘Continue’.
Tick mark the checkboxes and click on ‘I Agree’.
You've now completed your PAN verification!
Aadhaar Verification
Log into your CoinDCX app and click on ‘Verify Aadhaar’ from the home screen or from the Account Settings option.
To verify your Aadhaar details, all you need to enter is your Aadhaar number and get it verified via digilocker.
Verification via document upload
For choosing to upload documents, click on ‘Continue via document upload’ option.
Select the passport option and click on ‘Ok’ to give camera access.
Take clear photographs of the front and back of your identity document and Submit.
Aadhaar Verification via Digi-Locker
Click on ‘Verify Aadhaar Number’ option.
Enter the 12-digit Aadhaar card number.
Then, enter the text you see on the image and click on Next.
Provide the OTP received on your registered mobile number for Aadhaar & click on ‘Continue’.
Now, enter the 6-digit DigiLocker security PIN and then click ‘Allow’.
Your Aadhaar details will be automatically collected from the government database.
Click on 'Confirm' to verify your address.
Done, your Aadhaar has been verified successfully!
Take a selfie
To confirm your identity, now click on ‘Take Selfie’.
Ensure that you have good lighting, clear background and adjust your face inside the oval before clicking a selfie without your spectacles. Submit your photo.
And that’s it! Your KYC verification is complete!
Note: It is mandatory for all users to complete their KYC to use deposit/withdrawal services. If you are an existing user of CoinDCX and your KYC has been verified, you do not have to do it again. |
