My verification failed. What went wrong?

Your bank verification may have failed for one of the following reasons:
- Name Mismatch: The name on your bank account does not match the name on your PAN and Identity Document (Aadhaar or Passport). Please use a bank account that belongs to you and matches your KYC details.
- Incorrect Bank Details: The account number, IFSC code, or other bank details entered may be incorrect. Please verify the details and try again.
- Verification Timed Out: The verification could not be completed because the UPI payment or verification request was not completed within the allowed time.
- NRE/NRO Account: NRE and NRO bank accounts are not supported. Please use a resident Indian bank account.
- Joint Bank Account: Joint bank accounts are supported only if you are the primary account holder. If you are a secondary account holder, the verification will fail.
