When the deposit doesn’t reflect in the wallet then check the block explorer for completed confirmation as there can be delays due to network congestion. In case there’s completed confirmation and the deposits don’t reflect, share the transaction details (transaction hash in text format and volume of token deposited) and a screenshot of the transaction from the source wallet, reach our support team or raise a support ticket.
