The transaction ID or Reference ID is shown in the Confirmation Screen of your Payment App or on your Bank Statement after you have completed the Transaction. Copy the Transaction/Reference ID and enter in the Reference ID field by clicking on "Enter Reference ID" button. The process is similar for UPI or IMPS/NEFT/RTGS Transactions.
The most common reason for deposits not reflecting in your CoinDCX account is that an Incorrect or No Transaction/Reference ID is entered by the user after the UPI or IMPS/NEFT/RTGS is completed.
Important: Please do not share your Transaction/Reference ID with anyone else.
