We want to make sure, all the transactions on the platform are secure, and so, have made entering OTP code during login mandatory.


In some cases OTP delivery to either your phone number or Email-ID will be delayed due to network congestion. Kindly wait for some time and try logging in again or try restarting your device. 


If you are still not receiving an OTP on your device, raise a support ticket and we will assist you.


NOTE: If a user is signing up for the first time, the OTP will only be sent to their Mobile No. and not their Email ID.
