What is a demise claim?

A demise claim is a request to initiate the transmission of the Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs) and any INR balance held in a deceased CoinDCX user's account to the person legally entitled to receive them, in accordance with applicable laws and CoinDCX's verification process.
