Can I deposit money from someone else's bank account into my CoinDCX account?

No. The deposit MUST be done only from the bank account that you have linked with your CoinDCX profile.

Is there any additional fee for deposit transactions?

You can deposit INR into your CoinDCX wallet via IMPS using Bank Transfer (0% fees) option. CoinDCX charges NO fees as an exchange. However, users are mandatorily required to complete their KYC in order to avail INR deposit/withdrawal facilities.

How long will the transaction take to complete?

Once the payment has been successful, the transaction may take up to 24 hours to be completed. We will send you a notification when the payment is processed. However, in case your transaction gets stuck in the banking process due to technical issues, it can take up to 7 working days to be settled.

My transaction attempt failed, what do I do now?

In the case that funds have been deducted from your bank account, we would request you to kindly share with us the bank statement at the earliest. We will check with our Partner about the issue and reconcile the payment as soon as we receive a response from them. Any amount deducted will be refunded
