No. Each Backup Code can only be used once. Once a Backup Code has been used, it becomes invalid and cannot be used again.

How many Backup Codes do I get?

When you generate Backup Codes, you'll receive 10 one-time-use Backup Codes. Each code can be used only once. As you use them, we recommend resetting your Backup Codes to generate a fresh set and ensure you always have recovery codes available.

Yes. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your CoinDCX account. Even if someone gains access to your password, they won't be able to access your account without the verification code generated by your Google Authenticator app.

Can I use both Biometric Login and a Login PIN?

Yes. Biometric Login is an additional convenience feature. If biometric authentication isn't available or doesn't work, you can still use your Login PIN or password to log in.
