From which wallet is the SIP amount deducted?

SIP installments are deducted from your INR/Spot Wallet. It is important to maintain sufficient balance in this wallet before the scheduled installment date, as the amount will be automatically debited from here for each SIP cycle.

Which wallet is used for Spot Trading?

The wallet used depends on the trading pair INR Pairs: Your INR Wallet is used to place orders & Crypto-to-Crypto (C2C) Pairs: The respective cryptocurrency available in your Spot Wallet is used. Ensure you have sufficient wallet balance before placing an order.

Yes, charges are applied on each SIP installment. Every time an installment is executed, the standard fee and applicable GST are deducted as per the defined charges before the investment is processed.

Can I modify an existing SIP?

No, you cannot modify the amount or frequency of an existing SIP once it has been created. However, you can easily set up a new SIP for the same token with a different amount or frequency based on your preference, while keeping your existing SIP active if needed.

What is Futures Pair Delisting?

Futures Pair Delisting is the permanent removal of a Futures trading pair from the CoinDCX platform. Once delisted, you will no longer be able to open new positions in that Futures pair.

Do I need to take any action if a trading pair is being delisted?

Not necessarily. If the token is available in other trading pairs, you can continue trading it as usual. However, if you specifically wish to trade using the pair that's being delisted, you'll need to complete your transactions before the announced delisting date and time.
