No. The PAN card must belong to the person creating the CoinDCX account. Using another person's PAN or identity documents is not permitted.

Is there a limit on INR withdrawals?

Yes. The minimum INR withdrawal amount is ₹100. CoinDCX does not have a maximum limit on INR withdrawals. However, you can withdraw only up to the available INR balance in your INR Wallet. Note: Your bank may have its own transaction limits or restrictions that could apply to your withdrawal.
